Teen Care Program

If your teen has social defiant behaviors or A&D tendencies and cannot be trusted to care for themselves throughout the day, We provide physical activities and healthy peer interactions here at the ranch.

A life skills coach is on duty for the safety and supervision of the youth that have been placed into this program.

 
This is a program that is available for troubled teens. Youth may be dropped off by a parent or gardian at 6-a.m. and must be picked up by 8-p.m.

Please call ahead before you come. Reservations for this service is required.

Cost

$50.00 full day 

$8.00 an hour

Recreation

Other recreation activities will be made available. Activities include four wheeling, snowboarding, canoeing,  lake trips and more. Some fees may be requested from the youth`s sponsors for these additional activities. 

Expectations At The Ranch

Youth will have the privelage of interacting with their peers in a safe and healthy environment.  They  will   be  required   to work with the horses as well as participate in public relations experiences to  develop the skills  that   are necessary to effectively communicate with adults.

Teens will eat meals at the ranch as well as snacks. If your teen has a special diet, you will need to provide their meals.

For Parents - By Parents 

This prevention program is designed to assist working parents with an alternative daytime solution for teens who are left alone during the day, but have not aquired the appropriate skills to care for themselves. This refers to normal teens who are extremely bored or just downright defiant.
